Soaring ceilings, expansive windows, and dramatic architectural details fill the interiors with natural light and frame the Atlantic Ocean beyond. Custom tile work, striking stone surfaces, detailed millwork, and handblown glass sculptures give each space its own character. Throughout the home, original artwork created by the owner adds color, personality, and a personal connection to the residence.
Upstairs, an artfully designed dressing and sitting area brings together mirrored closet storage, a seated vanity, a small table for coffee or conversation, and a striking stone-topped desk overlooking the living space below.
The result is a sophisticated yet welcoming home with something unexpected around every corner—from bold geometric finishes to sculptural lighting and playful artistic details.

The residence offers a primary bedroom and a downstairs office that can be converted into an additional sleeping area with a full-size Murphy bed.
When arranged for sleeping, movable storage units serve as partitions to close off the office opening. This flexible space does not have a traditional bedroom door or permanent enclosure. Please review the photos to see the layout and understand how it works for your stay.
With the Murphy bed stored away, the space serves as a dedicated home office—a convenient setting for remote work during an extended stay.
